#Physical appearance  :   Margaret is 5'10, has fair skin and hazel green eyes. Their hair is dyed to be a honey brown, very carefully maken sure to not show any of their natural roots. It reaches down to their upper thighs, but it's normally hoisted into a high ponytail with bangs pushed to the side.

#Clothing style  :   Margaret's outfits preference tends to swing on their mode, but it's always consistent of colors, and is generally either cute or classy in nature. BACKSTORY. As a child, Margaret had deemed themselves to be cursed, born to never truly be happy with anything. Their father was a well known and respected neuropsychologist who’s main field of research was emotions and how they affected the brain, with a particular passion for exploring the science of happiness. He prioritized his work over everything, yet still craved relationships only to neglect them until they broke. There was only one woman who stuck through with him, Amelinda, Margaret's mother. She was the only one where he decided to have a child with, as he thought the two would always be together.
The waves looked fine until the boat was tipped under. Margaret had found their mother deceased when they were only four. This had deeply affected their small family, after only eight months since her passing, their father began to go through wives like a whirlwind, at some point Margaret stopped attempting to connect with their step mother after perhaps the third? Even if they did like them, the women were never their real mother, but there was always something that caught Margaret’s interest.
How happy over nothing they could be. It was weird, but Margaret couldn’t help but be enamored by the little things they found enjoyment in. How their lips would quirk into a smile when they saw Margaret’s father, or when their eyes lit up when offered money, and so many other little things. It would differ between all of them and it was interesting to see. It was so beautiful, it enamored them to the point they grew obsessive over it.They constantly tried to recreate their happiness, mimic it as best they could, but they never succeeded. It frustrated them greatly, nothing worked no matter how much effort Margaret put into it. They couldn’t experience the same happiness their step family did. Days turned to weeks which turned to months, and even years, they grew restless over all their failed attempts. Their own well being seemed to be declining. They refused to sleep for long, and wouldn't take breaks to eat or drink. Nothing until it was needed.Only their, at the time, step mother grew worried over their state. Why would a child be so obsessed over a basic emotion? Margaret's father didn't seem to care, or notice at all how desperate their own child was to understand the topic of their research until they hit their breaking point and did finally give up. They accepted the fact they were cursed, doomed to never feel happiness the same way others did. They felt happy, sure, but others seemed to feel it more intently. For a couple months, all their memories felt blurred together, and they felt they hit rock bottom when they were only seventeen. Only did they seem to snap out of it when their step mother convinced their father to send Margaret to study high school abroad. One of their ex-step sister who was around for a while before the inevitable divorce, studied Korean, Margaret helping before they got too far into their own head so they found themselves to be conversational fluency. While their Korean was rusty at first, they soon came to enjoy the experience, but it wasn’t enough. Going from a private class with a small select few students to a whole bunch was jarring and they found themselves surrounded even more by people who seemed to experience happiness far more than them. And once again, their problems came crawling back. But while out, there was somebody. A stranger who just randomly invited themselves next to Margaret began to inquire about their woes, small talk with a stranger wasn’t something Margaret shut down so they began to talk about their interest and how they were cursed. They couldn’t miss the way the strangers eyes lit up, or their smile as they began to propose something that instantly hooked Margaret’s attention.Eternal happiness. Was this what Margaret had been searching for all these years? Without hesitation, they agreed to join this organization that others would deem suspicious.

FROM THAT DAY FORWARD, their obsession shifted from happiness in general towards the promised party. Their opinion grew rather twisted, they didn't see it for the horrible truth and devastation of what it truly was, but instead a blessing. They began to worship their savior, as though she was a living deity that saved them from a nonexistent curse. Mint eye to them is the only true light in the world, and it's one they hold dear to their heart.

1. - Swears up and down they can play the bass! (They cannot.)

2. - Learnt how to lock pick because they hated getting locked out of stuff.

3. - Struggles telling their lefts from rights.

4. - Used to be a history fanatic, when they were a child, their main interest was just wars in general, so they're quite knowledgeable of all sorts of different wars.

5. - Actually plays D&D, do they know the rules? No. They're here for a good time, and a good time only. Usually likes to be the dungeon master, but has fun playing too.

6. - For all of Margaret's life they've refused to accommodate their clothing style to the heat or cold, so they're generally fine with both extreme heat and cold.

Well, let's just say that Margaret is a rather eccentric individual the more you learn about them. They are almost even contradictory to their own self sometimes. Surface speaking, yes Margaret is for the most part relatively normal! They're your stereotypical party person, a social butterfly with a seemingly never ending source of energy. Always having a lot to say and never seeming to slow down for anything. Margaret has fun, and as long as anything's partly entertaining they're satisfied with just about anything. They're extremely confident in almost every manner they can show, and have thick skin, they never seem to take anything to heart; this is actually to say that Margaret simply hates conflict. They find it a chore to deal with so they'd rather pretend to be fine with what everyone else says, never being open about their own feelings no matter which crowd they find themselves in. And when backed into a corner, only then do they show their anger in sparks of passive aggressiveness.Asides from those times, Margaret is honestly a sweet and affectionate person, despite their very notable flaws and issues they're open to listening to anybody. Most people in their class actually find Margaret as a source of comfort to talk through their problems. They're always willing to lend an ear and give advice where need be. However, their advice.. isn't always the best thing you want to hear, especially when their advice revolves on how the other should begin to strive for eternal paradise.. putting that aside though. Margaret does struggle with empathy, but they try to care for those who confide in them, or put on a show of caring at the very least. Margaret is non judgemental to a fault, you could tell them almost anything and they'll accept it, even if it's some of the most heinous things; and they're forgiving to boot. They don't want to waste time on 'petty' stuff such as past actions. They prefer to float alongside life when it comes to other things and are rather carefree, but only seem to show true interest when the topic becomes their devotion. When I say devotion, the term isn't used lightly in this phrasing. While Margaret may say they're simply a passionate person, this passion is one that has long since crossed the border of obsession. What this topic may be is something that used to fluctuate quite a bit, however for the past couple years it has been the same. It has captured Margaret's heart, their thoughts, their body, their everything. They've found themselves so deeply fascinated by it to the point where they even worship it. Everything else to Margaret is trivial, they don't need or want anything else. Margaret isn't normally a forgetful person, but everything else is put second compared to their obsession, to the point where it could border unhealthy lines.Their obsession can sometimes overtake their entire mind to the point of forgetting anything else of importance. Normally, Margaret is more attentive to these sorts of things and will get what they need to do with only minor complaints, however their focus just vanishes when their mind is entranced, they become neglectful and even lazy. Only when they're reprimanded by others or even their own body will they snap out of their haze and shape up, if only for a bit just to do it all again. To be completely honest, Margaret has a strange viewpoint on life. Life is something they can't understand, nor do they want too. They see the world to be worse than what it truly is, dark and grim. Nothing is sacred, everything will turn to ash one day so they didn't bother. Until they began to latch onto the eternal paradise promised by their savior; only then did they begin to see it as the true and only purity of the world. The only way to become at peace with life, something everyone should strive for. In hand, they're rather walled off from others because of that exact reason. You wouldn't be able to tell from how opaque Margaret is, but their extremely friendly nature is for the most part pretend, a show of what they want to be seen as.
